What to Expect

Logistics

Gather dinners are designed to reveal remarkable places while preserving a sense of discovery. While the Salubria Series location is known, specific arrival details will be shared with ticketed guests approximately 4–6 weeks prior to the event.

The evening typically unfolds over 4–5 hours, beginning in the late afternoon and continuing through sunset as the table is set and the evening’s courses are served.

‍Transportation to and from the event is not included. Guests are encouraged to plan their transportation in advance and consider ride-share options when available.

‍Accessibility

‍Gather tables often appear in historic or rural settings, where the landscape and character of the place are part of the experience. As such, accessibility may vary depending on the location. If you have specific accessibility needs, please share them when purchasing tickets. ‍Eligibility

Guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid ID upon arrival. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.

‍Cancellations & Ticket Transfers

‍Tickets are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Due to the nature of the dinner experience, we may be unable to accommodate last-minute dietary requests.

‍Media Notice

Photographs and video may be taken during Gather dinners. By attending, guests acknowledge that images captured during the event may be used by Gather and event partners for storytelling, promotional, or editorial purposes across print and digital media.

Seating

Seating is limited and designed to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the Gather table.
