In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, and in collaboration with Culpeper Tourism, Gather sets the table at Salubria Manor for a series of three evenings. Each Gathering explores a chapter of the early American table, how people provisioned, preserved, and lived from the land.
First Green is a celebration of renewal and the first emergence of Spring. First Green honors the season’s earliest gifts—tender greens, herbs, young vegetables, and the feeling of possibility that arrives after winter. A gathering centered on resilience, hope and new beginnings. Each course is accompanied by thoughtfully selected beverages that reflect the region and the spirit of the evening.
Dietary needs are welcome and accommodated whenever possible. Your reservation supports the creation of the Gather table. Select beverages are shared with the support of our partners.

The evening unfolds over approximately 4–5 hours, beginning in the early evening and continuing past sunset.

Transportation is not provided. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead and consider ride-share options where available.

Gather, Provision & Forage is being held at historic Salubria Manor, in a rural setting. Accessibility varies. Please share any needs when reserving and we will do our best to accommodate.
Eligibility
Guests must be 21+ with valid ID. Service animals are welcome; other pets are not permitted.
Cancellations
Reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
Media
Photography and video may be captured during the evening for storytelling purposes.
