In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, and in collaboration with Culpeper Tourism, Gather sets the table at Salubria Manor for a series of three evenings. Each Gathering explores a chapter of the early American table, how people provisioned, preserved, and lived from the land.
Harvest is a gathering shaped by abundance, warmth, and community. Harvest reflects the culmination of the growing season—firelight, orchard flavors, grains, smoke, preserved foods, and the quiet intimacy of sharing a table in winter. Each course is accompanied by thoughtfully selected beverages that reflect the region and the spirit of the evening.
Dietary needs are welcome and accommodated whenever possible. Your reservation supports the creation of the Gather table. Select beverages are shared with the support of our partners.

Eligibility
Guests must be 21+ with valid ID. Service animals are welcome; other pets are not permitted.
Cancellations
Reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
